Hoof-It Horsebox Hire & Transport is a family owned business based in The West End of Glasgow.  We are ideally situated to cover the local and surrounding areas of Glasgow, Renfrewshire, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire.

The Horsebox is a 3.5t Coach Built StallionPro with a payload of 1060kgs.  It has been Custom built & painted with every aspect achieving maximum safety & quality. Perfect for short trips, half day activities, full days away or if you fancy an overnight, the horsebox includes a sleep space above the cab

With the safest layout the StallionPro features adjustable partition, roomy side by side, rear facing stalls, rear emergency door with access to the stalls and grooms area, saddle racks, electric fan, blue travel lights.  It’s a side loader with a light gas assisted ramp and two half doors above for ease of loading.  An eye-catching horsebox with diamond glass bonded windows and metallic paint job.  The cab offers an excellent driving position with room for two additional passengers.  It’s fitted with sat nav, air con, cruise control, Leather seats and CCTV so you’ll be able to keep a watchful eye on your horse(s) while traveling.  The reversing camera is also invaluable for ease of maneuvering and reverse parking. 

The horsebox can be driven on a normal car license by drivers between 22-75 years of age on a self drive hire basis with the assurance of fully comprehensive insurance and breakdown recovery included.  In the event of an insurance claim the excess payable by you the driver/hirer is £500 if you are 25 years old and over, and £700 if you are aged 22-24.  A full copy of our Terms and conditions will be provided for you.

The horsebox is prepared, power cleaned & disinfected throughout between hires.  You will pick it up with a full tank of fuel and you must return it fully cleaned with a full tank.
